Will Genrich, Partner

Will Genrich is the co-founder and Partner of Austin Real Capital.  Will’s primary focus in Austin Real Capital is underwriting real estate investment opportunities the firm is considering. He is also a specialist in partnerships and real estate law. He has significant input into each of the divisions of the firm as well as leads the accounting and legal matters for the firm. As an experienced real estate investor, Will has a vast knowledge of real estate development and management. His knowledge and background put him in an advantageous position to be an expert resource for the firm and its clients. Will is in charge of creating all entities for the company and the management thereafter. His duties also include attracting in-state and out-of-state investors to the firm.

Prior to forming Austin Real Capital, Will has been a partner and asset manager for many commercial real estate limited liability companies which have developed and/or own interest in land; multi-family properties; medical facilities; office and mixed uses buildings; hotels with retail and restaurant leases; and shopping pavilion located in Western New York and St. Croix, USVI, as well as first lien mortgage interest in Central Texas.

Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College in Schenectady, New York, and a Master in Business Administration in from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. Will is an active member of The Real Estate Council of Austin and the Hill Country Conservancy and their Emerging Professionals in Conservation program. He is an active member of Central Presbyterian Church in Austin where he also currently serves as an Elder.



R. Meador Hall, Partner

Meador Hall is the co-founder and Partner of Austin Real Capital. Meador serves the company as their apartment specialist and handles the identification and underwriting of multi-family investment opportunities. Once these multi-family properties enter the ARC portfolio, he is in charge of the day-to-day property management.   In addition, Meador spearheads our Investor Relations, constantly communicating with our current and prospective clients.

Before founding Austin Real Capital, he was a Senior Investor Relations Executive at Noble Capital. Here, he initiated and maintained business relations with major real estate companies across the United States. He also successfully garnered more than $12 million from high net worth individuals across the nation.  Meador also served as a Senior Sales Representative at LandAmerica Commercial Services. Here, he sold a variety of real estate services to principles, developers and brokers, which played an integral part in multi-million dollar commercial sales transactions.  Meador’s most important experience is his numerous years managing privately owned and self managed real estate firms during his tenure in San Diego, CA.  He gained this experience from his positions at Gaines Investment Trust; Hanken, Cono and Assad Real Estate; and IPC Commercial Real Estate.

Meador received a bachelor of arts from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.  Meador is an active member of the Austin Chamber of Commerce and Austin Young Men’s Business League.  In addition, Meador coaches boy’s basketball at St. Andrews Middle School.

In his free time, he enjoys hunting at his South Texas ranch, hiking with his dogs and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.

 


Tom Kasten

Acquisitions Specialist

Tom joins Austin Real Capital with over 30 years of experience in a variety of commercial real estate disciplines. As a result of his tenure in the industry, he has experienced a number of real estate market cycles and has developed a strong understanding of how to deal with the resulting market fluctuations. Tom has performed as a broker, real estate advisor, asset manager and developer. Most recently, Tom was a SVP for Maier Siebel Baber, a real estate investment advisory firm, where he was responsible for improving the performance of the firm’s most challenged assets. He has worked on both coasts as well as in Central Texas. He has been personally involved with numerous individual real estate transactions ranging in size up to $220 million. Tom holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Illinois with a major in mathematics. He currently holds real estate licenses in California and Texas.
